It is an administrative department of the United States federal government that takes care of the state’s foreign plans and international connections. The main responsibilities of the US Department of State’s are to handle international treaties, contracts, and politic duties along with giving advice to the U.S. president and representing the U.S. at the United Nations. This scholarship program is open to International students (non-US Citizens) Scholarships Program The Global Program Undergraduate exchange program (the global UGARD), invites excellent international students to apply for a one-semester scholarship for a non-degree full study . The chosen candidates will also get the chance to experience community service, and benefit from professional development and cultural enrichment. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program 2021, interested overseas students must: Be over 18 years of age.

Application Procedures: The Interested Applicants for the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program must apply through the U.S. Embassy in Public Affairs Section or Fulbright Commission in the applicant country. Application deadline: Application for this scholarship program will be available in January and the deadline is end of February same year..
