Brownlie Doctor of Philosophy Scholarship to study in New Zealand

If you are planning to do your PhD in New Zealand, there is a scholarship opportunity for you. The scholarship is called Brownlie Scholarships and it is available for PhD both New Zealand and International students . 

Purpose of award

For study towards the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Canterbury.

Selection criteria

The Brownlie Scholarship is tenable for study towards the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Canterbury and shall be awarded to the first ranked candidate applying for a University of Canterbury Doctoral Scholarship.

Number of awards offered

One each year.

Value

$26,000 per annum plus tuition fees at the New Zealand domestic rate.

3 years

1This scholarship closes mid October every year.

An application for a University of Canterbury Doctoral Scholarship constitutes an application for The Brownlie Scholarship, separate applications are not necessary.
