Study in the United States of American on USA Government funded Scholarship called Fulbright Foreign Students Program.
This scholarship is available for international students to study in any universities and colleges in the United States.

Scholarship benefits:

There benefits from this scholarship program includes grant funds tuition, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance, etc. The Fulbright program provides funding for the duration of the study. Eligibility:

Any international student is eligible for this scholarships. However, it is recommended that you see the country specific websites to find information about the Fulbright Program in your home country, including eligibility requirements and application guidelines.

How to apply for this scholarship
The application for this scholarship opens early August every year but can vary depending on each country.
All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. Therefore, foreign students must apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home countries. Deadline varies per country but is around February to October annually.

I'm a grade 11 student from Bugandy secondary school Lae Papua New Guinea. I am very much interested to take part and study overseas, thanks for helping people like us in developing countries. This kind of scholarship is what we dreamed of.. Is there any pilot program in that scholarship?..... Now I'm doing my grade 11 (2015) so i will keep in touch with you till next year. My country (PNG) according to UN social indicator in terms social development a far backward. One of the many reasons a lack of ediquate and professional training. I really appreciated on your continious scholarship to help train the underdevelop
